It's free to start! Sign in, go to your Dashboard, and click "Create Event". You can set up the date, location (or online link), description, and upload a cover image. You can publish it immediately or save it as a draft.
As a host, you can ask attendees to register using their name, email, and custom fields. You can also host paid events by setting a ticket price and providing your preferred payment methods (e.g., E-Transfer, PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay).
If your event is exclusive or has limited capacity, you can turn on 'Require Approval'. Attendees will submit an application, and their status will show as 'Pending'. Once you approve them, they'll receive a confirmation email with full event details.
The Dashboard provides a complete CRM. You can view all registrations, approve or reject applications, check guests in at the door, and export your attendee list as a CSV file for your records.
Yes! Use the 'Notify Audience' feature in your Dashboard to send in-app notifications to all your confirmed attendees. Perfect for sending event updates, parking instructions, or post-event thank you notes.
Visit the Explore page to discover premium events happening around you. You can filter by category or search by topic. Registering is easy, and you can even apply as a guest without creating an account.
Your Circle is your personalized feed. By following your favorite organizers, you'll see all their upcoming events in one place so you never miss out on what they're hosting next.
Every event has a dedicated Share button. You can copy the custom link, or generate beautiful, platform-optimized visual posters ready for Instagram, Xiaohongshu, or WeChat.

Hosts can enable Stripe payments for paid events. After registration is approved, you can pay securely with your credit or debit card via Stripe. Payments are processed directly by Stripe and Onvite never stores your card information. You will receive a Stripe receipt after payment.
For Stripe payments, go to your Dashboard, then My Registrations. You will see a Receipt link next to each paid registration. This opens the official Stripe receipt which you can download or print. For manual payments like E-Transfer, please contact the event host directly for a receipt.
