  • Profile data: avatar, bio, city, interest tags
  • Event data: created event information, registration records
  • Usage data: browsing history, comments, follow relationships

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
  • Send critical notifications such as account verification and registration confirmations
  • Send event reminders and recommendations (you may opt out)
  • Ensure platform security and prevent fraud

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. When you register for an event, the host will see your name and email for communication purposes. We may disclose information when required by law.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted password storage, HTTPS transmission, and access controls. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

5. Payment Data

When you attend paid events, payments are processed by the third-party service Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or banking details. We only retain the following transaction records:

  • Transaction amount and currency
  • Payment status (paid/unpaid/refunded)
  • Stripe receipt URL
  • Stripe fee breakdown (visible to hosts only)

6. Email Communications

We send emails through the Resend service. Critical emails (verification, confirmation, approval results) cannot be unsubscribed. Optional emails (event reminders, host updates) can be disabled in your settings.

7. AI Data Processing

When you use AI features (such as event description generation, registration data insights), relevant data may be sent to third-party AI services for processing. We only send necessary aggregated data and do not transmit personally identifiable information. AI processing results are not used to train models.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and language preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your information in the settings page, or contact us to request account deletion.
