1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Onvite platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Onvite is an event management platform that allows users to create, publish, manage, and attend various events. The Platform provides core features including event page creation, registration management, and attendee communication.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete registration information and are responsible for maintaining account security. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

4. Event Host Responsibilities

Event hosts are responsible for the accuracy and legality of event information, as well as the safe execution of events. Onvite serves only as a platform providing technical support and does not assume legal liability for the events themselves.

5. Code of Conduct

Users must not post illegal, discriminatory, harassing, or fraudulent content. Onvite reserves the right to remove inappropriate content and suspend violating accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

Content uploaded by users remains the intellectual property of the user. By uploading content, users grant Onvite a non-exclusive license to display such content on the Platform. The Platform's design, code, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Manual Payment Methods

For manual payment methods (such as E-Transfer, WeChat Pay, Alipay, etc.), Onvite does not process, hold, or manage any funds. All financial transactions occur directly between the event organizer and the attendee through their chosen payment method.

Onvite bears no responsibility for payment disputes, refunds, fraud, or any other financial issues arising from manual payment transactions. For any payment-related concerns, attendees should contact the event organizer directly.

8. Stripe Automatic Payments

Hosts may choose to accept online payments via Stripe Connect. When using Stripe payments, the following terms apply:

• Stripe processing fees are approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, charged directly by Stripe.
• Onvite platform service fee is 5% of each transaction amount, automatically deducted from revenue.
• Refunds are at the discretion of the event host. Stripe refunds follow Stripe's refund policy. Platform service fees are non-refundable.
• Host earnings are paid out directly to their Stripe account according to Stripe's standard payout schedule.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Onvite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
